About the Role
Hexvoxi Technologies is seeking a talented WordPress Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will work on building, customizing, and optimizing WordPress websites while ensuring quality, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins.
Convert Figma/Adobe XD/HTML designs into responsive WordPress themes.
Ensure website security, performance, and cross-device compatibility.
Troubleshoot issues related to WordPress, PHP, and MySQL.
Integrate third-party APIs and services.
Maintain proper documentation for workflows and development updates.
Collaborate closely with designers and backend teams.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
Proficiency in WordPress theme customization and plugin development.
Experience working with Elementor and other WordPress page builders.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
Basic knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, and Python.
Familiarity with cPanel/hosting environments, website migration, and backup processes.
Understanding of WordPress security, debugging, and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to independently manage tasks and meet project deadlines.
Good to Have
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
Knowledge of SEO basics and website performance optimization.
Experience with Git/version control.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (preferred).
6 months to 2 years of hands-on WordPress development experience.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js) located in Kochi.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of both frontend and backend systems. The role involves working closely with the design and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences while adhering to best coding practices and modern development standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express, and related technologies.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create responsive and efficient interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend systems.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver projects on time and meet client requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API integration.
Familiarity with MongoDB, MySQL, or other databases.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
Understanding of deployment processes and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
