IT Sale and Marketing Executive
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Sales and Marketing Executive located in Kochi.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, approaching clients directly (field marketing), attending meetings, and building long-term relationships with potential customers. The role also includes promoting our web development, cybersecurity, and IT services, managing client communications, and contributing to marketing and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through field visits, calls, and online channels.
Present and promote the company’s IT solutions and services effectively.
Attend meetings, events, and networking sessions to generate leads.
Maintain client relationships and follow up on inquiries and proposals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements with solutions offered.
Qualifications
Proven experience in IT Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferably in software or IT services).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in field marketing and client meetings is a plus.
Good understanding of web development and cybersecurity services.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Full Stack Developer (React + Node.js) located in Kochi.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of both frontend and backend systems. The role involves working closely with the design and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences while adhering to best coding practices and modern development standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express, and related technologies.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create responsive and efficient interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend systems.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver projects on time and meet client requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API integration.
Familiarity with MongoDB, MySQL, or other databases.
Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
Understanding of deployment processes and cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
